zagotavlja socialno interakcijo, ob\u010dutek smisla in prilo\u017enosti za vse\u017eivljenjsko u\u010denje. Da bi odpravili ovire za sodelovanje, kot so stigmatizacija in negativne izku\u0161nje iz preteklosti, projekt ponuja dodatno podporo s prilagojenim naborom izobra\u017eevalnih virov. Klju\u010dni element je \"Community Coaching\" program, ki zagotavlja tako izobra\u017eevalno kot \u010dustveno podporo. Pobuda vklju\u010duje tudi mikroizobra\u017eevalne vire v obliki ko\u0161\u010dkov, ki so zbrani v zbirki orodij za izobra\u017eevalce in v dostopni obliki pokrivajo zanimive teme. Festivali u\u010denja v skupnosti povezujejo izobra\u017eevalce z izoliranimi starej\u0161imi posamezniki, spodbujajo socialno vklju\u010denost in udele\u017ebo, da bi spodbudili sodelovanje. Na splo\u0161no je cilj projekta vzpostaviti vklju\u010dujo\u010da u\u010dna okolja, pove\u010dati vklju\u010denost v izobra\u017eevanje odraslih in okrepiti skupnostne vezi med starej\u0161imi odraslimi.<\/p><p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">Na spletni strani projekta Social Circles boste odkrili \u0161tevilne vire, ki so namenjeni izobra\u017eevalcem odraslih, da bi la\u017eje vklju\u010dili izolirane starej\u0161e osebe, spodbujali socialno vklju\u010denost in aktivno sodelovanje. FHB si intenzivno prizadeva za zagotavljanje podpore in izobra\u017eevanja marginaliziranih skupin, zlasti v zvezi z njihovim socialnim, \u010dustvenim in kognitivnim razvojem. FHB se osredoto\u010da na tri glavna podro\u010dja: razvoj novih pedago\u0161kih pristopov, razvoj gradiv za usposabljanje marginaliziranih odraslih in izvajanje raziskav na podro\u010dju socialne registrirana kot prostovoljska organizacija, se osredoto\u010da na spodbujanje dr\u017eavljanske udele\u017ebe med posamezniki, starej\u0161imi od 65 let, zlasti v rimskih predmestjih. Kljub ob\u010dutnemu zmanj\u0161anju \u0161tevila prostovoljcev s 300 na 85 zaradi pandemije COVID-19 in posledi\u010dnih izzivov, kot so strah, negotovost in zmanj\u0161ane socialne spretnosti, organizacija \u0161e naprej uspeva z dvojnim pristopom: spodbujanjem aktivnega dru\u017ebenega udejstvovanja in zagotavljanjem osnovnih storitev za starej\u0161e. Njene dejavnosti vklju\u010dujejo kulturne obiske, filmske klube, te\u010daje ra\u010dunalni\u0161kega opismenjevanja, poslu\u0161alne delavnice, obrtni\u0161ke delavnice in pobude za spodbujanje okoljske ozave\u0161\u010denosti. Zdru\u017eenje, ki je v preteklosti \u017ee sodelovalo pri pomembnih projektih, kot so projekti Erasmus+, ki obravnavajo sodelovanje starej\u0161ih in podnebne spremembe, ostaja zavezano boju proti Our specific project objectives include: Create Microlearning Resources to Engage Older Learners in Adult Education: The development of arobust toolbox of microlearning resources that adult educators can use to engage older adults back into education. Theseresources will be flexible and engaging, centred around topics such as digital skills, time and budget management, the arts,gardening, and hobbies. The development of a bespoke coaching programme for adult educators is aconcrete step towards building effective inclusion skills in adult educators with the express aim of increasing theircapabilities to become community outreach leaders. The aim of this programme is to build the skills of adult educators tobecome community coaches, providing them with the necessary skills for coaching older people to engage socially withothers in the community and engage with adult education as a form of combatting loneliness, as well as how to break downthe barriers that prevent entry to education for older adults such as social stigma, former experiences with formal education,and anxiety surrounding their own capabilities.
