These resources will be short and engaging, and each micro-learning resource will contain one hour’s worth of content for adult educators to use, utilising different multimedia formats. Recognising that the target audience may have limited digital skills, the resources will be accessible on both mobile and
laptop devices and will be easy to use. The Toolbox will include: a suite of learning micro-learning resources, using the following four thematic areas which are likely to be most attractive to reluctant older adult learners:
• Time and budget management
• Digital skills and social media
• Artistic and cultural skills
• Sports and hobbies
The resources will contain videos, lesson plans for adult educators, learner handouts, and assessment quizzes.
